Terms

Last updated October 16, 2026

These terms cover your use of Territory Align (territoryalign.com), run by SHORE AI LLC. By using the site you agree to them.

What the site does

Territory Align divides an area you choose into territories made of ZIP codes, counties, census tracts or block groups, balanced on what you choose. It uses public outlines and population numbers from the U.S. Census Bureau and, if you add one, the numbers in your own file. An AI helper asks you questions and sets up the plan for you.

Your file and your use

You are responsible for the files and information you use and for having the right to use them. Your file is read in your browser and is not sent to us. You are responsible for following the laws and rules that apply to how you contact people, including door-to-door canvassing, sampling and surveys, and for the safety of the people you send out.

Prices and passes

Building territories from ZIP codes and counties and viewing them on the map is free. Census tracts, block groups and downloading the lists may cost a small fee, shown on the Pricing page and again before you pay. A paid project pass lasts 24 hours from the time of payment and covers as many territory sets and downloads as you make in that time. Anyone with your pass link can use it, so please keep it to yourself. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Accuracy

Population, household and income numbers are estimates from the Census Bureau’s American Community Survey and are not exact. Census ZIP code areas are close to, but not exactly the same as, the delivery ZIP codes the Postal Service uses. Places cannot be split, so territories come out close to even, not perfectly even. The AI helper can make mistakes, so check the plan it shows you before you rely on it. Territories are a starting point for your own decisions, not financial, legal or business advice, and we make no promise about any result you get from them.

Using the site

Do not misuse the site, overload it, or try to get around its limits. We may change or end the site at any time. The site is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, SHORE AI LLC is not liable for losses that come from using it.
